Florida Foresight is a flexible, lean organization. Board meetings are held quarterly during the year, and an executive committee, made up of Florida Foresight officers plus one additional board member, meets monthly.  Administration and programs are conducted by outside consultants with direct personal involvement and oversight by members of the Florida Foresight Board of Directors.
